The last few days have been spent researching the dietary management of endometriosis.  I have been trying to find results of clinical trials done in this area.  These are few and far between.  Much information out there is anecdotal.  This is not to be dismissed as many studies and reports appear to agree that a dairy and soya free diet with only limited refined sugars appear to be benefical.  The difficulty in sticking to this diet is that soya is the best source of calcium for people following a dairy free diet.  Trying to achieve the recommended intake of calcium on a dairy and soya free diet is tricky to say the least and will require a lot of determination to see it through.  I have also been hearing about the benefits of Aloe Vera for some people.  No scientific evidence but certainly very convincing testimonials.
